To create a new FORMED account with both our parishes:

• • • Visit ➤ FORMED.org or “Formed” on your favourite app store
    • Click Sign Up
    • Select “I Belong to a Parish or Organization”
    • Find parish (under St. Michael’s) name or Postal Code K0A 1L0
    • Type in your name and enter your email. You’re in!
