Carebridge Community Support connects and is a catalyst for fostering stronger, caring, person-centred communities across Lanark County by working together to meet the needs of seniors, adults with developmental disabilities and those who need affordable housing.

Bridging Generations Pakenham (BGP) began as a grass-roots project to help connect older citizens of Pakenham through learning and inter-generational activities while at the same time building strong networks and a more resilient community. Pakenham Civitan Club. The Pakenham & District Civitan Club has now been in the community for 11 years. It does a lot of fundraising in the community; for example it collects food and money for the Lanark and District Food Bank. Arnprior Food Bank. The Food Bank is located in the basement of St. John Chrysostom church and it offers clothing as well.

The NeighbourLink Fountain is a community centre open to anyone who desires the company of other people, who wants to explore new skills, who wants a little space for their craft-making pursuits, or who requires assistance in some aspect of life.
